Step 01

Appointment of ECAIR as administrative & financial agent

Retrieve the pre-filled mandate on our platform to have your customer sign it.

Step 02

Connecting your customer with an MAR from the ECAIR network

We contact your customer to put them in contact with a quick and effective Renov' Coach.

Step 03

Retrieving the audit on our platform and submitting your signed quote

ECAIR verifies the conformity of the quotation and indicates incorrect or missing information to you if necessary.

Step 04

Preparation of the financing file and submission to ANAH

ECAIR validates the conformity and completeness of the file before submission in order to obtain rapid validation from Anah. For eligible households, it is possible to request an advance of assistance from Anah, which will be paid to you immediately.

Step 05

Once the work is completed, ECAIR carries out an inspection and pays you in 5 days

In 5 days, you receive the payment of the aid minus the ECAIR commission, as well as a security deposit of 10%.

Step 06

ECAIR collects the aid from Anah and then returns the security deposit to you

Once the subsidy has been paid by Anah, ECAIR returns the full amount of the security deposit to you, without commission.
